ABOUT
Poh Sin Studio is the interdisciplinary practice of Pamela Poh Sin Tan, an artist and architectural designer whose work lives at the intersection of art, nature, and spatial experience.
Rooted in an exploration of interconnection, fragility, and the quiet forces that shape both natural and built environments, the studio creates works that reveal the often-unseen relationships between people, place, and ecology. Through subtle shifts of space, material, light, and movement, it invites moments of curiosity, contemplation, and discovery.
Based in Malaysia, Poh Sin Studio works across public art installations, sculptural objects, and spatial narratives — immersive experiences shaped to their audiences and contexts.
Pamela holds a Master of Architecture (RIBA Part II) from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. Her early project Mappa Mundi: A Map Maker's Dream was exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition in London in 2015. Her work has since been presented internationally — in Beijing, Chengdu, Gwangju, Bangkok, Singapore, Cirencester, and London — within a widening international dialogue that continues to shape her practice.
